设施管理包含多领域的功能和职责,保证了建筑项目全生命周期信息的可靠性、完整性和准确性,能有效提高建筑设施管理效率。从新建项目全生命周期的角度,利用BIM技术的优势特点,分析设施管理各功能模块的信息需求,明确各参与方信息采集的内容和职责,构建设施管理信息应用框架,从而提升设施管理水平,为设施管理在项目建设过程中的早期参与提供解决方案。
Facilities management includes a wide range of functions and responsibilities to ensure the reliability, completeness and accuracy of the information on the life cycle of a construction project, which can effectively improve the efficiency of building facilities management.
