据前人研究,与作物品质有关的性状多为质量性状,与产量有关的性状多为数量性状。数量性状是由微效多基因控制的,表现为连续性变异。因此,数量性状的遗传规律是比较复杂的。我们在冬小麦育种实验中,对株高、一株穗数、旗叶发育、穗长、一穗小穗数和千粒重等性状,进行了调查和统计分析,依此探讨各性状的遗传表现,亲子回归和遗传力等,以便为正确选择杂交亲本和进行早代选择提供参考。一、材料与方法根据本所1978~1981年的育种部分实验中取得的资料,经统计分析,分别求出其变量、回归及遗传力等。严格地说,所有性状都是基因型在一定环
According to previous studies, the traits related to crop quality are mostly quality traits, and the traits related to yield are mostly quantitative traits. Quantitative traits are controlled by the microscopic multi-gene, showing a continuous variation. Therefore, the genetic law of quantitative traits is more complicated. In the experiment of winter wheat breeding, we investigated and statistically analyzed the plant height, the number of panicles, the development of flag leaves, the spike length, the number of spikelets per panicle and the grain weight per 1000, and then discussed the genetic performance of each trait. Regression and heritability, in order to provide a reference for the correct selection of hybrid parents and selection of early generations. I.
