目的建立一种实用的测定生物样品中扑草净和乙草胺含量的方法。方法取0.2 ml血浆,加碳酸铵0.5 g调节p H,加乙酸乙酯,采用超声提取20 min,结合气相色谱-质谱联用法对扑草净和乙草胺进行定性定量。结果在1.0 ng/ml~1 000.0 ng/ml线性关系良好,扑草净和乙草胺在血浆中的添加回收率分别为:85.6%~89.8%和85.3%~87.6%,扑草净的精密度<6.12%,乙草胺的精密度<7.59%。结论该方法的线性关系良好,准确度高、可重现,适用于生物样品中扑草净和乙草胺含量的检测。
Objective To establish a practical method for the determination of prometryn and acetochlor in biological samples. Methods 0.2 ml of plasma was taken, 0.5 g of ammonium carbonate was added to adjust p H, ethyl acetate was added, and ultrasonic extraction was performed for 20 min. The contents of prometryne and acetochlor were qualitatively and quantitatively determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the linear relationship was good between 1.0 ng / ml and 1 000.0 ng / ml. The recovery rates of prometryn and acetochlor in plasma were 85.6% -89.8% and 85.3% -87.6%, respectively. The precision of prometryne Degree <6.12%, acetochlor precision <7.59%. Conclusion The method has good linearity, high accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the determination of prometryn and acetochlor in biological samples.
