桥面铺装的早期损坏已成为影响高速公路使用功能的发挥和诱发交通事故的一大病害。文章针对郑州黄河二桥桥面铺装实体工程施工中可能出现的具体情况进行分析,分析了需要及时采取的针对性措施。系统介绍了防水粘结层和沥青混凝土铺装层的施工前准备、施工过程控制重点以及质量检测依据和标准等,并对沥青摊铺及碾压工艺进行了深入研究。桥面运行三年后检测结果显示该工程各项指标符合标准,施工质量良好。 Early damage to the deck pavement has become a major disease that affects the function of the expressway to exert and induce traffic accidents. The paper analyzes the possible situations that may occur in the construction of bridge deck pavement in Zhengzhou Huanghe Second Bridge and analyzes the pertinent measures which need to be timely taken. The preparation of waterproof adhesive layer and asphalt concrete pavement, the control points of construction process and the basis and standards of quality inspection were systematically introduced. The paving and rolling processes of asphalt were also studied in depth. Three years after the bridge running test results show that the indicators of the project meet the standards, construction quality is good.
