公路横断面要素指标是公路的重要控制指标之一。一些传统观念认为,提高公路横断面要素指标有利于安全水平的提高,由此倾向于修建更宽的公路,这在平原区尤其明显。为客观分析平原区公路横断面要素的安全特性,对72条平原区公路进行了现场勘察和交通事故、道路线形、交通组成等数据的采集工作,并把研究对象公路分为双车道和四车道两类。在此基础上进行了平原区公路横断面要素的安全性分析研究,包括双车道和四车道公路路基宽度、路面宽度对全部事故率、事故死亡率、普通路段事故率的影响规律。该规律可为平原区路基、路面宽度等指标的安全设计提供依据。
Highway cross-sectional elements of indicators is one of the important control indicators of the road. Some traditional wisdom is that improving the cross-sectional elements of the highway is conducive to raising the level of safety, thereby favoring the construction of wider roads, especially in the plains. In order to objectively analyze the safety characteristics of the cross-section elements of the highway in plain area, the site investigation and the collection of traffic accidents, road alignment and traffic composition in 72 plain areas were conducted. The study roads were divided into two lanes and four lanes Two categories. On this basis, the safety analysis of the cross-section elements of the plain highway is carried out, including the influence laws of the width of the roadbed and the width of the two-lane and four-lane highway on the total accident rate, the accidental death rate and the accident rate of ordinary road sections. The law can provide the basis for the safety design of roadbed and pavement width in plain area.
