目的探讨2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定水产品及水发产品中甲醛的方法。方法采用超声法提取样品,提取液于60℃水浴中衍生20 min,用环己烷提取,最后于液相色谱仪进行分析定量。结果甲醛在0~20μg/ml浓度范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9998,相对标准偏差为0.9%~4.5%,加标回收率为93.00%~99.16%;检测结果与国标方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、精密度和准确度好等优点,而且简便、快捷,适合分析大批量样品。
Objective To investigate a method for the determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products and aquatic products by 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) pre-column derivatization high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonic method. The extracts were derivatized with 60 ℃ water bath for 20 min, extracted with cyclohexane and finally analyzed by liquid chromatography. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity with the concentration range of 0 ~ 20μg / ml. The correlation coefficient r was 0.9998, the relative standard deviation was 0.9% ~ 4.5% and the recoveries were 93.00% ~ 99.16%. The detection results were in good agreement with the national standard method The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, good precision and accuracy, and is simple, fast and suitable for analyzing large quantities of samples.
