我国中小企业的数量已达7 000多万家,占据了我国企业数量的绝大部分。据相关数据统计,我国中小企业的平均寿命是2.9年,很多企业在其初创期就已夭折。虽然国家大力扶持中小企业,但其生产规模、市场占有率、资产拥有量、品牌效应等方面都无法与大企业匹敌;加之中小企业资金少、自身管理不够完善,工作条件以及晋升空间和制度等方面无法满足员工需求,中小企业的发展可谓是举步维艰。中小企业要走出这一困境,需借助一定的媒体进行宣传推广,基于此,本文以云南RCX公司为例,分析微信公众平台在中小企业管理中的运用。

Based on this, this paper takes Yunnan RCX as an example to analyze the application of WeChat public platform in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
