为了探讨国产硬式纤维喉镜下，利用ＮｄＹＡＧ激光手术器治疗声带息肉、声带小结等粘膜良性病变的实用价值，采用这种方法治疗了１０３例，效果良好。该手术具有操作简便易行、病人痛苦小、并显著减轻病人的经济负担等优点。
In order to investigate the practical value of using NdYAG laser in the treatment of benign mucosal lesions such as vocal cord polyp and vocal nodules under the condition of domestic rigid fiber laryngoscope, 103 cases were treated with this method and the effect was good. The operation has the advantages of simple and easy operation, small patient pain, and significantly reduce the patient’s financial burden.
