以呼和浩特市180名中小学生为研究对象,运用计算机辅助X线头影测量系统,对其颅面、牙22项硬组织指标进行了测量。提供了呼和浩特地区汉族正常人颅面硬组织结构的X线头影正常值。结果表明,男女颅面结构差异以恒牙期显著,表现为颅面深度及高度的线距测量上,男性大于女性;颅面结构的深度及高度随生长发育而增大,侧貌凸度在恒牙初期以后减小显著。与国内其它地区对比,呼和浩特汉族人侧貌面形最凸,颅面深度及高度最大。上述结果为本地区错 畸形的诊治及审美标准提供了客观依据。
Taking 180 primary and middle school students in Hohhot as the research object, 22 hard tissue indexes of craniofacial and dental were measured by computer-aided X-ray cephalometric system. Provides the normal Han people in Hohhot, craniofacial hard tissue structure of normal X-ray. The results showed that the difference of craniofacial structure of men and women was significant in permanent dentition, which was manifested as the measurement of the distance of craniofacial depth and height. The depth and height of craniofacial structure increased with the growth and development, Decreased significantly after the beginning of permanent teeth. Compared with other parts of the country, Hohhot Han appearance of the most convex, craniofacial depth and height of the largest. The above results provide an objective basis for the diagnosis, treatment and aesthetic standards of regional malformations.
