The different natural environment and social environment between Tibetans and Chinese have formed the unique sense-perception differences for young children and also formed the unique mode of training children’s art ability. The outstanding cultural and artistic spirits and forms of inheritance that are common to all ethnic groups are developed and perfected in the practice and theory of infant art education based on the environmental background. The characteristics of arts education in Tibet and Han China show that the relationship between the two is not mainstream or dependent, but exists as an independent educational system that promotes and develops each other.
