目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定房陵黄酒保健药酒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil~(TM)ODS C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),前加预柱(10 mm×4.6 mm),甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59)为流动相,检测波长286 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:丹酚酸B在0.140～2.800μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8;平均回收率99.5%,RSD为1.76%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法快速准确、重复性好、简便易行,可作为房陵黄酒保健药酒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Fangling yellow wine health drink by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Diamonsil TM ODS C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, followed by pre-column (10 mm × 4.6 mm), methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water ) As the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 286 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: Salvianolic acid B had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.140 ~ 2.800 μg with r = 0.999 8; the average recovery was 99.5% and the RSD was 1.76% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is rapid and accurate, reproducible and simple, and can be used as quality control of Fangling yellow wine health wine.
