在对高光无流痕成型深入研究的基础上,以OPPO手机外壳为例将正交试验方法和CAE模拟相结合,以翘曲变形量为主要评价指标,研究工艺参数对高光制品翘曲变形量的影响趋势,然后利用BP神经网络建立主要工艺参数和塑件翘曲变形量之间的数学模型,并通过模型对塑件翘曲变形量进行预测,并经实验验证了该方法的可靠性。新技术和新思路的运用,在控制OPPO手机外壳翘曲变形方面产生了良好的效果,对实践生产具有一定的指导意义。
On the basis of deep research on the molding of high-light no-flow marks, taking the OPPO mobile phone case as an example, the orthogonal test method and the CAE simulation are combined to take the warpage deformation as the main evaluation index to study the influence of process parameters on the warpage deformation amount Then the BP neural network is used to establish the mathematical model between the main process parameters and the buckling deformation of the plastic parts.
