通过8根混凝土试验梁抗弯静力加载试验,开展对CFRP-PCPs筋内嵌加固混凝土梁在使用荷载作用下的裂缝分析与计算。试验结果表明:CFRP-PCPs筋内嵌加固混凝土梁的裂缝间距和裂缝宽度均小于未加固的对比梁,CFRP-PCPs筋使裂缝的开展得到限制,并且由于预拉应力水平的提高,裂缝宽度及裂缝平均间距均有不同程度的减小。根据试验数据,依据我国《混凝土结构设计规范》,通过理论分析,提出了适用于计算CFRP-PCPs复合筋内嵌加固钢筋混凝土梁裂缝宽度的理论分析方法。实测结果与该分析方法计算结果吻合良好,在工程实际中可得到应用。
Through the static load test of 8 concrete test beams, the crack analysis and calculation of the CFRP-PCPs reinforced concrete beams under load were carried out. The experimental results show that the crack spacing and the crack width of CFRP-PCPs tendons embedded in reinforced concrete beams are less than that of un-strengthened contrast beams, and the CFRP-PCPs tend to limit the development of fractures. Due to the increase of prestressing stress, The average spacing of cracks decreased to some extent. According to the test data and theoretical analysis of China’s “Code for Design of Concrete Structures”, a theoretical analysis method suitable for calculating the crack width of reinforced concrete beams embedded with CFRP-PCPs composite bars is proposed. The measured results are in good agreement with the calculation results of the analytical method and can be applied in engineering practice.
