一、前言近几年来,由于国家对环保工作的重视,往复炉排做为一种减少烟尘行之有效的燃烧机械,在我国工业炉窑上正在逐步推广应用。从锅炉、热处理炉、干燥炉等低温炉正在向轧钢加热炉、锻造炉等发展。在结构上,它从单纯的一级控制,正在向多级和自动化方向发展。从笔者所了解的情况看,尽管在某些炉窑上,其使用效果较好,但都不同程度的遇到一些问题,这些问题主要表现在:
