我院大型医用设备——计算机体层扫描系统(简称CT)对环境的温度、湿度要求较严。我们采用了上海半导体器件十六厂生产的SL134作温度、湿度传感器,设计了“CT温湿控制中心”。同目前国内最大的空调机组H70配套使用,经过半年多的连续运行,取得了较满意的效果。设备的温度示值误差小于±0.4℃,湿度示值误差小于±5%RH,控温精度在±1℃,控湿精度在±10%,所驱动的负载总容量为200KVA。最近已作正式计量,应许多用户要求,南京净化设备厂已作为产品生产,供应市场。现将温度测量、控制部分的工作原理介绍如下,电原理图见(58页)附图。
Our hospital large medical equipment - computer tomography system (referred to as CT) on the environment temperature and humidity requirements more stringent. We have adopted SL134 produced by Shanghai Semiconductor Device Factory 16 as temperature and humidity sensor and designed “CT Temperature and Humidity Control Center”. With the current domestic largest air conditioning unit supporting the use of H70, after more than six months of continuous operation, and achieved more satisfactory results. Device temperature error is less than ± 0.4 ℃, humidity indication error is less than ± 5% RH, temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, humidity control accuracy of ± 10%, driven by the total load capacity of 200KVA. Recently, it has been formally measured. At the request of many users, Nanjing Purification Plant has been producing and supplying the market as a product.
