目的:优选丹夏乳癖片的提取工艺。方法:醇提部分以丹参酮ⅡA为评价指标,选择提取时间进行单因素考察。醇提后剩余药渣与其余药材合并进行水提,以丹参素为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察提取时间、溶媒用量、提取次数的影响,确定丹夏乳癖片的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为用95%乙醇10倍量提取1次,2 h;水提部分用10倍量水提取3次,每次2 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺简单、可行,适应药厂生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Danxia milk addiction tablets. Methods: Tanshinone ⅡA was used as the evaluation index in alcohol extraction, and the extraction time was selected for single factor test. After the alcohol was extracted, the remaining residue was combined with the rest of the medicinal materials for water extraction. Using Danshensu as an index, the effects of extraction time, amount of solvent and extraction times were investigated by L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extraction process was extraction of 10 times with 95% ethanol for 1 h and 2 h. The aqueous extracts were extracted with 10 times of water three times for 2 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is simple and feasible to meet the pharmaceutical production needs, which can be used as a reasonable basis for the formulation development.
