Baoding, Reluctant to Leave Africa In 1998, I was Secretary of Bureau of Foreign Trade of Baoding in Hebei. At that time, the financial crisis in Southeast Asia was affecting China, and the export of foreign trade was shrinking. Looking at the declining export volume of Baoding year by year, I went to visit Africa in an attempt to find business opportunities. Unexpectedly, there was something strange and troublesome in the middle. When the investigation was over, the Chinese Embassy staff in Zambia found me , Said a large group of people in Baoding stayed in Zambia and the visa expired, but they just did not go. I understand that diplomacy is no small matter and hastened to rent a taxi for $ 400 and set off on a frosty eyebrow to plan to persuade these fellow villagers. Stranded here are farmers in Lv Aizhuang, Baoding Prefecture, a total of more than 100 people.
