设计了直接蒸发预冷式空调机组。对碳氢制冷剂R1270进行了实验研究,分析其在风冷空调机组中替代R22的可行性。结果表明:通过直接蒸发预冷不仅能提高机组COP,还能降低机组的排气温度。另外在相同条件下,R1270充注量为R22系统的47.1%,在额定工况下,R1270的制冷量大于R22系统,当室外环境温度升高时,R1270的制冷量略小于R22系统;二者COP值基本一致,但R1270排气温度明显低于R22。因此,从制冷能力上看,R1270作为R22的替代工质是一种较好的选择。特别是常规空调机组采用直接蒸发预冷后,在高温环境条件下,R1270的COP高于R22。
Design direct evaporative pre-cooling air conditioning units. Hydrocarbon refrigerant R1270 was experimentally studied, and its feasibility of replacing R22 in air-cooled air conditioning units was analyzed. The results show that pre-cooling by direct evaporation can not only improve the unit COP, but also reduce the exhaust temperature of the unit. In addition, under the same conditions, R1270 filling capacity of 47.1% of the R22 system, rated conditions, R1270 cooling capacity is greater than the R22 system, when the outdoor temperature increases, the R1270’s cooling capacity slightly less than the R22 system; both COP values are basically the same, but the R1270 exhaust temperature is significantly lower than R22. Therefore, from the cooling capacity point of view, R1270 as a refrigerant instead of R22 is a better choice. In particular, conventional air-conditioning units using direct evaporative cooling, the high temperature environment, R1270’s COP higher than R22.
