党的十一届三中全会以来,我厂经过扩权、整顿和改革,在建立健全规章制度、加强基础工作、搞好经济承包责任制的基础上,实行目标利润管理。增强了企业活力,促进了生产发展,提高了经济效益。1984年各项主要经济指标比上年有较大幅度的增长,年利润比上年增长68.3%;今年上半年与去年同期比,产值增长46.7%,出口总量翻了一番,实现利润增长1.8倍。我们财务部门开展目标利润管理的一些基本做法如下:
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our factory has implemented target profit management on the basis of the establishment of sound rules and regulations, strengthening of basic work, and improvement of the economic contract responsibility system through expansion of power, reorganization, and reform. Increased enterprise vitality, promoted production development and improved economic efficiency. The major economic indicators in 1984 showed a significant increase over the previous year. The annual profit increased by 68.3% over the previous year. Compared with the same period of last year, the output value increased by 46.7% and the total export volume doubled to achieve profit growth. 1.8 times.
