在甲苯溶剂中,以Z-701为阻聚剂,利用不同的催化剂,分别采用脂交换和直接酯化法制备了甲基丙烯酸有机硅酯。通过原料和产物的红外谱图的比较分析,证明了酯交换反应与酯化反应两种工艺均能够制备甲基丙烯酸有机硅酯;根据酯基碳氧双键红外伸缩振动特征吸收峰定量比较,确定了直接酯化工艺为合成有机硅酯的最佳的工艺。
In toluene solvent, Z-701 as polymerization inhibitor, the use of different catalysts, respectively, using lipid exchange and direct esterification of methacrylic acid ester prepared. Through the comparative analysis of the infrared spectra of the raw materials and the products, it was proved that both the transesterification and the esterification reaction can produce methacrylic silicone ester. According to the quantitative comparison of the characteristic absorption peaks of the infrared stretching vibration of the ester- The direct esterification process was identified as the best process for the synthesis of silicone esters.
