记忆峰对气相色谱分析的影响,早已引起重视,为消除记忆蜂,对汽化室作了一系列改进。汽化室设计的优劣,已成为评价色谱仪性能的重要标志之一,但这一问题尚未引起我国分析仪器厂的足够重视。我们曾使用多种国产色谱仪,分析易产生记忆峰的物质,结果是全部出现记忆效应,以致若干样品无法分析。我们为克服记忆效应,曾改装不同型号仪器多台,起初只根据文献介绍,改装为柱头进样,但较长时间使用仍出现记忆峰,而且分析宽沸程混合物时,柱头必须加热。由于受最高使用温度的限制,固定液的选择范围较窄,因此增设短前置柱(简称前置柱)。本文主要介绍改装经验,由于前置柱除克服记忆效应外兼有其
The influence of the memory peak on the gas chromatographic analysis has drawn great attention. For the sake of eliminating the memory bee, a series of improvements have been made to the vaporization chamber. The pros and cons of vaporization chamber design has become one of the important indicators to evaluate the performance of chromatograph. However, this issue has not drawn enough attention from our analytical instrument factory. We have used a variety of domestic chromatographs to analyze substances that are prone to memory peaks. As a result, all of them have a memory effect, so that some samples can not be analyzed. In order to overcome the memory effect, we modified several instruments of different models. At first, only the introduction into the stigma was introduced according to the literature, but the memory peak still appeared after a long time use. And when analyzing the mixture with a wide boiling range, the stigma must be heated. Due to the maximum temperature limit, the selection of fixed liquid is narrow, so the addition of short pre-column (referred to as pre-column).
