采用化学成分分析、裂纹分析、硬度测试及金相组织检验等方法,对万向节钟形壳轴颈台阶处环形裂纹的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:该钟形壳轴颈台阶处环形裂纹是淬火裂纹,产生原因主要是感应淬火工艺控制不当,在轴颈台阶处感应加热温度过高,造成局部过烧,淬火时开裂。
The causes of annular cracks in the journals of the universal joint bell-shaped shell were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, crack analysis, hardness test and metallographic examination. The results show that the annular crack at the journals of the bell shell is a quench crack, which is mainly caused by the improper control of induction hardening process. The induction heating temperature is too high at the journals step, causing local over-burning and cracking during quenching.
