目的探讨乳腺癌中多药耐药相关蛋白2(multidrug resistance-associated protein 2,MRP2)和肺耐药蛋白(lung resistance protein,LRP)的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法收集乳腺癌手术标本120例,采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测MRP2和LRP蛋白在乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达情况,分析两者表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素的相关性及其两者之间的关系。结果 120例乳腺癌组织中,MRP2表达阳性有56例,阳性表达率为46.7%,而在癌旁正常乳腺组织中MRP2表达阳性有18例(15.0%)。LRP表达阳性有62例,阳性表达率为51.7%,而在癌旁正常乳腺组织中LRP表达阳性有6例(5.0%)。MRP2和LRP在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。MRP2在乳腺癌组织中的表达与其临床病理学特征均无关(P>0.05)。LRP在乳腺癌组织中的表达与组织学分化和腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。120例乳腺癌组织中,LRP和MRP的表达无相关性(r=0.109,P>0.05)。结论 MRP2和LRP在乳腺癌中均呈异常表达,MRP2与肺癌的临床病理特征无明显关系,而LRP可能在乳腺癌的恶性增殖、分化及淋巴结转移过程中发挥重要作用,且两者在乳腺癌组织中的表达无相关关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (MRP2) and lung resistance protein (LRP) in breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological features. Methods 120 cases of breast cancer specimens were collected. The expression of MRP2 and LRP protein in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal breast tissues were detected by Envision immunohistochemistry. The correlation between the expression of MRP2 and LRP protein and clinicopathological factors was analyzed And the relationship between the two. Results Among the 120 cases of breast cancer, MRP2 expression was positive in 56 cases and the positive rate was 46.7%. MRP2 expression in adjacent normal breast tissue was 18 cases (15.0%). There were 62 cases of LRP positive expression, the positive expression rate was 51.7%, while in the adjacent normal breast tissue LRP expression in 6 cases (5.0%). The positive rates of MRP2 and LRP in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues (P <0.05). The expression of MRP2 in breast cancer tissues had no correlation with clinicopathological features (P> 0.05). The expression of LRP in breast cancer was closely related to histological differentiation and axillary lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was no correlation between LRP and MRP expression in 120 cases of breast cancer (r = 0.109, P> 0.05). Conclusions Both MRP2 and LRP are abnormally expressed in breast cancer. There is no significant relationship between MRP2 and the clinicopathological features of lung cancer. However, LRP may play an important role in the malignant proliferation, differentiation and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer, There is no correlation between the expression in the tissue.
