患者男 ,5 7岁。 8年前不明原因出现血尿 ,无尿频、尿急、尿痛。肌注青霉素 ,血尿消失。入院前 2 0天 ,患者自觉血尿加重 ,小便混有血块 ,伴尿频、尿急、肌注抗生素症状未能缓解。Ｂ超提示 :左肾增大 (7ｃｍ× 13ｃｍ ) ,肾上极见一2 5ｃｍ× 2 5ｃｍ液性暗区 ,中下极见一5ｃ
Patient male, 57 years old. 8 years ago, hematuria of unknown causes, no urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria. Intramuscular injection of penicillin, hematuria disappeared. 20 days before admission, the patient consciously increased hematuria, urinary mixed with blood clots, frequent urination, urgency, intramuscular antibiotic symptoms failed to alleviate. B-Tip: left kidney increased (7cm × 13cm), the kidney very much a 25cm × 25cm liquid dark area, the middle and lower extreme see a 5c
