目的预测某化工有限公司年产4.2吨环氧树脂新建项目职业病危害因素种类及危害程度。方法采用类比法、检查表法、工程分析法等进行分析。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温、工频电磁场等。根据类比项目检测结果,预测该项目的化学毒物、粉尘浓度均低于职业接触限值的10%,噪声强度低于85d B,工频电磁场远低于职业接触限值,存在环境高温的罐区巡检作业岗位接触时间短,危害程度小。结论在保证生产设备运行正常,防尘防毒措施有效,加强卫生管理的情况下,预测拟建项目各岗位的化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温、工频电磁场接触水平满足相关标准的要求 ~([1][2])。
Objective To predict the type and degree of harm of occupational hazards in the new project of 4.2 tons of epoxy resin with annual output of a chemical company. Methods Using analogy, checklist, engineering analysis and other analysis. Results The occupational hazards in this project are chemical poison, dust, noise, high temperature, power frequency electromagnetic field and so on. According to the test results of analogue items, chemical poison and dust concentration of the project are predicted to be less than 10% of the occupational exposure limit, the noise intensity is less than 85d B, the frequency electromagnetic field is much lower than the occupational exposure limit, Inspection job contact exposure time is short, less harmful. Conclusion It is predicted that the chemical poison, dust, noise, high temperature and power frequency electromagnetic field exposure meet the requirements of the relevant standards in every post of the proposed project under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of production equipment, effective anti-dust and anti-poison measures and health management. 1] [2]).
