采用催化剂催化脂肪醇脱水制成了C8-C10α-烯烃,通过改进催化剂和开发先进工艺,在脱水装置上进行脂肪醇脱水实验,得出较为理想的烯烃产品。产品经过了气相色谱法分析和蒸馏分离。实验结果表明,Ba、H/γ-Al2O3为较好的催化剂,并得出Ba负载量为12%、催化剂焙烧温度550℃、装置反应温度310℃、空速0.3h-1时的C8、C8/C10烯烃选择性均达到最大值98.1%和97.5%。
The catalysts were used to catalyze the dehydration of fatty alcohols to form C8-C10 α-olefins. Through the improvement of catalysts and the development of advanced processes, experiments on the dehydration of fatty alcohols were carried out on the dehydration unit to obtain the desired olefin products. The product was subjected to gas chromatography and distillation. The experimental results show that Ba, H / γ-Al2O3 is a good catalyst, and the results show that when the loading of Ba is 12%, the calcination temperature is 550 ℃, the reaction temperature is 310 ℃ and the space velocity is 0.3h-1, / C10 olefin selectivity reached the maximum of 98.1% and 97.5%.
