巴东红石包滑坡位于巴东油库场地区,是三峡库区启动的重要地质灾害治理工程项目之一。通过对红石包滑坡内部水平位移和渗透水压力长期监测分析,表明其中的Ⅰ和Ⅱ号滑坡浅层存在缓慢变形,与降雨关系密切;其深层未见变形。说明红石包滑坡体在从2003年6月三峡水库蓄水至今仍处于稳定状态。但后续库水位的的不断抬高以及不同季节库水位频繁变化对滑坡的稳定性极为不利。为确保油库安全,仍应加强监测,密切注视滑坡动态。
The Badong Block landslide is located in the area of Badong Oil Depot and is one of the important geological disaster control projects started in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Through the long-term monitoring and analysis of horizontal displacement and permeable water pressure within the Hongshibao landslide, it shows that the shallow landslides Ⅰ and Ⅱ have slow deformation and are closely related to the rainfall; This shows that the Hongshibabao landslide body is still in a stable state since June 2003 when the Three Gorges Reservoir was impounded. However, the continuous rise of subsequent reservoir water levels and the frequent changes of reservoir water level in different seasons are extremely unfavorable to the stability of landslides. In order to ensure the safety of oil depots, monitoring should be stepped up to keep a close watch on the landslide dynamics.
