目的建立了水中固相膜萃取与超声洗脱联用-气相色谱-质谱同时测定水中33种有机氯和多环芳烃的方法。方法水样经C18膜富集,然后将固相萃取膜置于12 ml棕色样品瓶内,加入2 ml乙酸乙酯进行超声洗脱,用GCMS进行测试。结果 33种有机氯和多环芳烃的检出限在0.20 ng/L~1.10 ng/L,方法回收率在85%~115%,相对标准偏差在10%以下。结论该方法相比于传统的萃取方法,将洗脱与浓缩的步骤集于一体,操作简单、干扰因素少、结果准确,适用于水中33种有机氯和多环芳烃的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 33 organochlorines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water by solid-phase membrane extraction coupled with ultrasonic eluting with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Water samples were concentrated on a C18 membrane. The solid-phase extraction membrane was then placed in 12 ml brown vials and eluted with 2 ml of ethyl acetate for elution using GCMS. Results The detection limits of 33 organochlorines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ranged from 0.20 ng / L to 1.10 ng / L. The recoveries were between 85% and 115% with relative standard deviations below 10%. Conclusion Compared with the traditional extraction method, this method combines elution and concentration steps with simple operation, less interference and accurate results. It is suitable for the determination of 33 organochlorines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water.
