针对首次立井煤矿TBM掘进硬岩巷道工程应用实际,进行了巷道围岩稳定性分析和施工信息化监测,并采用ABAQUS有限元数值软件研究了巷道围岩位移场、应力场和塑性区的分布规律,分析了拟定支护方案的巷道围岩稳定性。结果表明,巷道顶部的最大下沉量为33.26 mm,巷道围岩的塑性区范围为0.8~1.2 m。确定支护方式为锚网支护。在试验巷道掘进过程中,进行了围岩内部裂隙发育情况、巷道收敛变形和锚杆受力监测。巷道顶板围岩破损深度达1.5 m,两帮最大收敛量为12 mm,锚杆轴力变化范围为43.1~65.1 k N。TBM施工硬岩巷道月进尺达404 m,相比传统的钻爆法和综掘法单进提高5~10倍,工程应用表明,该工法安全高效。
According to the practical application of TBM driving hard rock roadway in the first shaft coal mine, the surrounding rock stability analysis and construction information monitoring were carried out. The distribution of displacement field, stress field and plastic zone of surrounding rock were studied by ABAQUS software , Analyzed the stability of roadway surrounding rock in preparation of support scheme. The results show that the maximum settlement at the top of the roadway is 33.26 mm, and the plastic zone of the surrounding rock is 0.8 ~ 1.2 m. Determine the support method for the anchor network support. During the tunneling process, the development of cracks in the surrounding rock, the convergence and deformation of the roadway and the monitoring of the bolt force were carried out. The damage depth of the surrounding rock of roadway roof is up to 1.5 m, the maximum convergence of two supports is 12 mm, and the axial force of bolt varies from 43.1 to 65.1 kN. TBM construction of hard rock roadway monthly footage up to 404 m, compared with the traditional drilling and explosion method and single digging improve 5 to 10 times, engineering applications show that the method is safe and efficient.
