日益激烈的市场竞争对营销人才提出了更高的要求,而高等院校使用的营销人才培养模式大多是一种立足于宏观的“通才”培养模式,并不能满足各行各业对营销人才的要求,尤其是技术密集型的企业,由此导致了近年来市场营销人才供需的不平衡。本文立足于行业角度,结合多年的教学经验,探索出新的市场营销人才培养模式——行业性市场营销人才培养模式,希望能够帮助解决当前市场营销人才供需不平衡的问题。
The increasingly fierce market competition has put forward higher requirements for marketing talents. However, most of the marketing talents training modes used by colleges and universities are mostly based on the macroscopical “generalist” training mode, and can not satisfy all walks of life to marketing talents Especially the technology-intensive enterprises, which led to the imbalance between supply and demand of marketing talents in recent years.
