在当今信息时代中,从企业的传播沟通到企业的形象推销,是CIS导入的必然发展趋向,就其动力机制来分析,可归纳为三条:国际接轨的推进、市场竞争的挑战和凝聚合力的起点。 (一)国际接轨的推进当今的世界,市场国际化的趋势日益扩大,我国经济也将逐步同世界市场接轨。这就必然要求企业彻底放弃传统战略观念,实现从封闭、半封闭战略向开放战略的转换,其中包括导入CIS战略,以提高企业的国际竞争能力,适应企业的外向化发展。能否切实按国际惯例办事,这是企业能否实现外向型转化的关键。八十年代末,某外商曾到苏南一化工厂订购一种化学制剂,发现该厂产品未采用国际标准,便放弃了订购计划,百万美元的创汇机会就这样失之交臂。
