The static model of the titanium alloy-paraffin system is established. From the statics perspective, the force characteristics and deformation of the workpiece under the action of the transient cutting force are studied. The design of the paraffin- Test, the vibration acceleration signal and the machined surface quality during the test were analyzed and compared, and the mechanism of improving the workability of the titanium alloy thin-wall parts by paraffin-aided reinforcement was studied. The research shows that the paraffin auxiliary reinforcement can significantly reduce the deformation of the thin-walled titanium alloy parts, improve the stability of the cutting process, and improve the quality of the machined surface.
