研究了沉积电流和沉积时间对熔盐电沉积钛镀层Ti含量及其耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,在800℃下,当沉积时间1h,沉积电流1.5A的条件下,碳钢表面沉积层中钛含量最高,并且钛沉积层表面形貌均匀、致密。试样的耐腐蚀性与沉积层中的钛含量正相关,即当沉积时间为1 h,沉积电流为1.5 A的条件下获得的试样耐腐蚀性最佳。另外,沉积层具有较低含量的钛金属,能明显提高碳钢基体的耐腐蚀性。
The effects of deposition current and deposition time on the Ti content and corrosion resistance of molten salt electrodeposited titanium coatings were investigated. The results show that under the condition of 800 ℃, the deposition time is 1h and the deposition current is 1.5A, the content of titanium in the surface layer of carbon steel is the highest, and the surface morphology of titanium deposit is uniform and dense. The corrosion resistance of the sample is positively correlated with the titanium content in the deposited layer, ie the sample obtained under the condition of deposition time of 1 h and deposition current of 1.5 A has the best corrosion resistance. In addition, the deposit has a lower content of titanium metal, can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel matrix.
