分析了现有市场上旋挖钻机动力头普遍采用的密封结构,针对其经常出现渗漏油问题提出了一种新的密封结构:动力箱下端采用的旋转密封方式换成静密封方式,并对动力头的其它结构作了相应调整。利用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench软件建立了动力头模型,并对改进后的密封结构进行了初步的模态仿真分析,验证了其可行性。
The sealing structure commonly used in the power head of the rotary drilling rig is analyzed in the existing market. A new sealing structure is proposed according to its leakage oil frequently: the rotary sealing method used in the lower end of the power box is replaced by the static sealing method, Other structure of the power head has been adjusted accordingly. The dynamic head model was established by using Pro / E and ANSYS Workbench software, and the preliminary modal simulation analysis of the improved seal structure was carried out to verify its feasibility.
