非淀粉多糖酶对蛋白酶体外酶解豆粕效果的影响研究

豆粕是指大豆采油过的残渣经过适度加热、干燥、粉碎而成的副产品,其粗蛋白质含量高,氨基酸比例比较平衡,被作为植物蛋白质原料广泛的运用于畜禽、水产、宠物饲料生产中。但豆粕中含有非淀粉多糖、大豆抗原蛋白等抗营养因子,限制了其在饲料中的使用。目前,关于抗营养因子问题趋向于用生物学方法来解决,几乎所有的大豆或豆粕中的抗营养因子都可以通过体外加酶的办法得 Soybean meal is a by-product of soybean oil-derived residue that has been moderately heated, dried and pulverized. It has a high crude protein content and a relatively balanced ratio of amino acids. It is widely used as a plant protein material in the production of livestock and poultry, aquatic products and pet feeds. However, soybean meal contains non-starch polysaccharides, soy antigens and other anti-nutritional factors, limiting its use in feed. Currently, the issue of anti-nutritional factors tends to be solved biologically, and almost all anti-nutritional factors in soy or soybean meal can be obtained by adding enzymes in vitro
