基本情况 黑龙江省现有中国人保、太平洋财险、平安财险、天安四家产险公司和五家寿险公司经营短期健康保险和意外伤害保险业务,截止到2003年底,黑龙江省共实现意外伤害保险业务24513万元。各公司意外险业务占比:中国人保21.4％,太平洋财险0.3％,平安财险1.1％,天安保险0.2％,中国人寿58.1％,太平洋人寿6.4％,平安人寿10.5％,新华人寿1.6％,泰康人寿0.4％。产险公司按照各总公司的统一要求,只开办了意外伤害保险,均未开办短期健康保险。产险公司意外险业务实现保费5591万元,意外险占产险公司总保费3.13％。产险公司共报备人身意外伤害保险63个,短期健康保险13个。
