目的调查四川省双流县镇级医疗单位医疗设备配置现状,为下一步探讨小康型乡镇卫生院医疗设备配置标准提供基线数据。方法根据国家关于乡镇卫生院医疗设备配置指导意见设计调查表,调查双流县24家镇级医疗单位(3家中心型卫生院、3家社区卫生服务中心及18家一般型卫生院),对调查结果进行描述性统计分析及分层分析。结果 3家中心卫生院现有设备配置均优于3家社区卫生服务中心,18家一般型卫生院现有设备配置低于3家社区卫生服务中心;24家镇级医疗单位急救设备如除颤仪、呼吸气囊、气管切开包配置情况较差;医疗计量设备年检率较低,2010年95.8%的镇级医疗单位共计127项医疗计量设备申报并接受年检,仅黑白B超、X光机二项设备总年检率在60%以上,血细胞分析仪、心电监护仪、生化仪总年检率介于50%~60%之间,尿液分析仪总年检率最低仅4.5%。结论镇级医疗单位急救设备配置亟待加强,应提高医疗计量设备年检率,保障医疗设备使用安全及仪器检测的准确度。
Objective To investigate the status quo of medical equipment disposition in Shuangliu County township medical units in Sichuan Province and provide baseline data for the next step to explore the standard of medical equipment disposition in well-to-do township hospitals. Methods According to the national guidelines on the configuration of medical devices in township hospitals, a questionnaire was designed to investigate 24 township medical units (3 center-type hospitals, 3 community health centers and 18 general hospitals) in Shuangliu County, The results of descriptive statistical analysis and stratified analysis. Results The existing equipment configuration of three central hospitals was better than that of three community health service centers, and the existing equipment of 18 general hospitals was lower than that of three community health service centers. The emergency equipment of 24 township medical units such as defibrillation Instrument, respiratory balloon, tracheotomy package configuration is poor; medical measurement equipment annual inspection rate is low, in 2010 95.8% of the township medical units a total of 127 medical measurement equipment to declare and accept the annual inspection, only black and white B-, X-ray machine The total annual rate of the two devices is over 60%. The total annual rate of hematology analyzer, ECG monitor and biochemical analyzer is between 50% and 60%. The lowest annual total urine analyzer rate is only 4.5%. Conclusion The configuration of first aid equipment in township medical units needs to be strengthened urgently. The annual rate of medical metering equipment should be raised to ensure the safety of medical equipment and the accuracy of instrument testing.
