目的了解和评估江西省县级血防机构卫生人力变化情况,为县级血防机构卫生人力建设提供科学依据。方法设计调查表,普查2010年全省县级血防机构卫生人力状况,与2007年基线调查结果进行比较。结果 2010年全省县级血防机构职工总数为1384人,比2007年减少71人;平均每个机构人数为40.71人,比2007年减少0.86人。与2007年相比,本科学历上升6.17%,大专学历上升6.8%;培训和进修参加率有所上升。结论江西省县级血防机构在卫生人力方面有所改善,应采取措施稳定血防队伍,并有计划有组织地对血防人员进行培训,提高在职人员素质。
Objective To understand and assess the change of health workers in blood-protection agencies at the county level in Jiangxi Province, and provide a scientific basis for health workforce construction at blood-protection agencies in county-level. Methods Design a questionnaire to survey the health status of provincial blood-protection agencies in 2010 and compare them with the 2007 baseline survey results. Results In 2010, the number of county-level blood-protection agencies in the province totaled 1,384, a decrease of 71 compared with 2007. The average number of each institution was 40.71, a decrease of 0.86 over 2007. Compared with 2007, bachelor’s degree increased 6.17%, tertiary education increased by 6.8%; training and refresher participation rate increased. Conclusion County-level blood-control agencies in Jiangxi Province have improved their health manpower. Measures should be taken to stabilize blood-illness prevention teams and plan and train blood-borne staff in an organized manner so as to improve the quality of serving officers.
