车辆换算系数是统计交通流量的基本参数,为了准确计算非机动车道混合流下的交通流量,有必要将电动自行车换算成自行车。选取城市有机非物理隔离设施的路段为研究对象。通过对电动自行车与自行车交通特性差异性分析,提出了自行车有效行驶面积的概念,并建立了基于通行能力的电动自行车相对于自行车换算系数计算模型。考虑到交通冲突事件数对自行车服务水平的表征作用,引入交通冲突事件数的概念,建立了基于冲突事件数的电动自行车换算系数计算模型。利用南京市交通调查实测数据分别对2种模型进行标定,并得出电动自行车相对于自行车换算系数为1.229 5,与采用传统的换算系数1.0差异较大。
The vehicle conversion factor is the basic parameter of statistical traffic flow. In order to accurately calculate the traffic flow under the mixed traffic of non-motor vehicle lanes, it is necessary to convert the electric bicycle into a bicycle. The section of urban organic non-physical isolation facilities is selected as the research object. Based on the analysis of the differences of traffic characteristics between electric bicycles and bicycles, the concept of effective driving area of bicycles is put forward and a calculation model of bicycle conversion coefficient based on traffic capacity is established. Considering the characterization of bicycle service level by the number of traffic conflict events and introducing the concept of number of traffic conflict events, a calculation model of electric bicycle conversion coefficient based on the number of conflict events is established. According to the measured data of Nanjing traffic survey, the two models were calibrated respectively. The result shows that the conversion coefficient of bicycle relative to bicycle is 1.229 5, which is different from the traditional conversion coefficient of 1.0.
