The Southern Ocean freshwater flux once played an important role in the evolution of paleoclimate. Antarctic ice melting event in the context of global warming has made the Southern Ocean freshwater flux the focus of attention of climatologists. The results of previous studies on numerical models of various ocean-atmosphere couplings are systematically analyzed from three aspects of the influence of the anomalous freshwater flux in the Southern Ocean on the circulation of thermohaline circulation and sea level, as well as the propagation path of anomalous signals. The results of this study are summarized The dissertation discusses the current controversial issues and prospects the prospects for future research and the prospects of this issue in the context of global warming.
