为实现节能、舒适健康及绿色医院建筑的设计目标,以地埋管地源热泵为冷热源,采用镶嵌式桩基三螺旋埋管换热器形式,病房末端采用双面辐射供冷暖系统,办公区域采用风机盘管系统,通风采用末端可独立调节的动力分布式新风系统。分析了桩基螺旋埋管换热器的特点及工程实用性,提出了更利于维护、检修的镶嵌式三螺旋结构,换热性能实验表明,桩基三螺旋埋管的单位管长排热量为19.5W/m,取热量为14W/m。讨论了双面辐射冷暖系统及动力分布式通风系统的工程适应性。
