血小板粘附、聚集以致血栓形成,为缺血性脑血管病的重要病理环节。我们采用比浊法测定了50例健康人及10例脑血栓形成患者的血小板最大聚集率,并观察了长白山产黑木耳对血小板聚集的抑制作用,报告如下。
Platelet adhesion, aggregation and thrombosis are important pathological aspects of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. We used turbidimetric method to determine the maximum platelet aggregation rate in 50 healthy individuals and 10 patients with cerebral thrombosis, and observed the inhibitory effect of black fungus produced by Changbai Mountain on platelet aggregation. The report is as follows.
