基于系统阻塞发生概率,建立了阻塞常发的高峰时间城市交通网络单元及系统畅通度的基本概念,并 提出了相应的评估方法.同时通过单元畅通重要度的评估,建议了路网改扩建的优化策略.
Based on the probability of occurrence of system congestion, the basic concept of block traffic flow of urban traffic network units and systems at rush hour is established, and the corresponding assessment methods are proposed. At the same time, through the assessment of the importance of unit unobstructed, the optimization strategy of road network reconstruction and expansion is suggested.
