为了研究温度和日照与春播小麦品质的关系,用3个小麦品种于1998~2001年在日喀则、拉萨、林芝、北京和沈阳进行了春播试验。结果表明,小麦一些品质性状在不同地点之间以及不同年度之间差异极大。蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量、降落值间均呈正相关。播种-成熟天数与蛋白质含量呈负相关。蛋白质含量与抽穗-成熟期间的平均日均温和平均日照时数呈正相关,与平均昼夜温差呈负相关。湿面筋含量与同期平均日均温和平均日照时数呈正相关。沉降值、降落值与此期间的平均日照时数均呈正相关。西藏自治区一般不具备发展强筋小麦的条件,应主要发展中筋小麦,适当种植弱筋小麦。在利用当地品种的同时,可引进一些内地优良品种。
In order to study the relationship between temperature and sunshine and the quality of spring wheat, spring wheat sowing experiment was conducted with three wheat cultivars from 1998 to 2001 in Shigatse, Lhasa, Nyingchi, Beijing and Shenyang. The results showed that some quality traits of wheat varied greatly between different locations and between different years. There was a positive correlation between protein content and wet gluten content and drop value. Seeding - the number of days of maturation and protein content was negatively correlated. The protein content was positively correlated with the average daily mean temperature and average sunshine hours during heading-maturing period, but negatively correlated with the average day-night temperature difference. The wet gluten content was positively correlated with the mean daily average and average sunshine hours in the same period. The sedimentation value and the falling value have a positive correlation with the average sunshine duration during this period. Tibet Autonomous Region generally do not have the conditions for the development of strong gluten wheat, should be the main development of gluten wheat, suitable for planting weak gluten wheat. In the use of local varieties at the same time, can introduce some fine varieties in the Mainland.
