我们采用普通透明塑料薄膜代替草包,覆盖养护混凝土构件的试验工作,经过半年的努力获得了很好的效果。这个办法适合县以下的有关小厂使用,花钱少、效果好,方法简单,没有特殊的技术要求,现将试验情况介绍如下。我们从拌和机中一次取料,同时做24只试块,任选12只,用塑料薄膜覆盖养护,覆盖之前浇一次水,以后不再浇水。另外12只用湿草包覆盖,每天浇水养护。养护期间,每天早、午、晚三次。用干湿温度计记录温度和湿度。经过近两个月的连续观察记录塑膜内和草包旁的湿度和温度,发现塑料薄膜覆盖养护R_(28)均比草包养护的高,但R_3、R_7都较低。这是什么原因呢?经过分析研究,我们认为:水泥是水硬性化合物,水泥浇成混凝土后,需要有一个硬化的过程,即水泥与水结合,进行水化作用的过程。在混凝土浇捣完后一段时间内,必须进行养护,使混凝土具有必要的湿度和温度条件,以促使其强度增长。为此认为对塑膜养护之试块,仅在覆盖之前浇一次水,这是不够的,
