肛管直肠黑色素瘤较少见,自1857年Moore报告1例以来,文献报道迄今已达457例,国内仅报道8例。我院自1974年3月～1984年3月,经病理证实者5例,兹报告如下:
Anorectal melanoma is rare. Since 1 case was reported by Moore in 1857, 457 cases have been reported in the literature so far, and only 8 cases have been reported in China. In our hospital from March 1974 to March 1984, 5 cases have been confirmed by pathology. We hereby report the following:
