试验用NS3105合金(/%:0.021C,0.06Si,0.02Mn,0.0007S,0.007P,29.75Cr,59.90Ni,9.88Fe,0.010ON)经12t真空感应炉熔炼,保护气氛电渣重熔成3t锭,锻造开坯中236mm坯,热挤压成中95mm×16mm蒸管,再冷轧成qb63mm×10mm管。研究了冷轧管800~1140℃5~15min固溶处理对其组织的影响。结果表明,NS3105合金热加工管经60%变形量冷轧后,合金原有的等轴晶粒发生较大变形,冷轧管变形晶粒800℃开始发
