通过简要分析HPAM氧化降解的机理和抑制其氧化降解的化学方法,联系河南油田聚合物驱实际情况,研究了溶解氧对S725聚合物稳定性的影响。结果表明:在65℃、有氧情况下,无论用清水还是用污水配制S725时其溶液粘度都快速下降,S725降解严重,将几种添加剂有机地复配可以获得较好的粘度稳定效果,筛选出的三个配方经过60天后的粘度值和粘度保留率均较高
By analyzing the mechanism of oxidative degradation of HPAM and the chemical method of inhibiting its oxidative degradation, the influence of dissolved oxygen on the stability of S725 polymer was studied in connection with the actual situation of polymer flooding in Henan oilfield. The results showed that under the condition of 65 ℃ and aerobic condition, the solution viscosity of S725 rapidly decreased when S725 was formulated with water or sewage, and the degradation of S725 was serious.
