为了解决原有的检测工作场所空气中金属及其化合物方法只能逐一分析,操作繁琐,分析周期长,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定工作场所空气中27种金属元素的方法。结果显示,待测元素在实验选定的范围内有良好的线性关系,r均>0.999;以采集75L空气计,最低检出限均<1/100接触限值;各元素的平均回收率为95.2%~104.9%,RSD为1.32%~3.70%,均符合GBZ 210.4-2008的相关要求;测定多种有证质量控制标准物质(滤膜)的结果均在标准参考值±不确定度范围内。提示,ICP-MS法可作为工作场所空气金属元素检测的新方法。
In order to solve the problem that the original method for detecting metal and its compounds in the air at the workplace can only be analyzed one by one, complicated operation and long analysis period, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established to simultaneously determine 27 kinds of metal elements in the air of the workplace Methods. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the tested elements in the experimental range, r> 0.999. The 75L air meter had the lowest detection limit of <1/100. The average recovery of each element was 95.2% ~ 104.9% and RSD of 1.32% ~ 3.70%, all of which meet the requirements of GBZ 210.4-2008. The results of testing a variety of certified quality control standards (filters) are within the standard reference ± uncertainty . Tip, ICP-MS method can be used as a workplace air metal detection of new ways.
