目的:采用对加替沙星胶囊的含量进行在线定量分析。方法:通过对特制的含量为标示量的0%、20%、50%、80%、100%、120%加替沙星胶囊剂和在线抽得的20批加替沙星胶囊,在OPUS软件环境下,用偏最小二乘法建立定量模型,样品建模采用波段为5 777.8~5 449.9 cm~(-1)和4 601.4~4 246.5 cm~(-1)。结果:经内部交叉验证,模型预测的结果和实验室测定的结果基本一致。结论:该模型可以快速的预测加替沙星胶囊的含量,可以有效的应用于生产企业的在线监测。
Objective: The online quantitative analysis of gatifloxacin capsule content. Methods: A total of 20 batches of gatifloxacin capsules containing 0, 20, 50, 80, 100, 120% In the environment, a quantitative model was established by partial least squares method. The sample was modeled using 5 777.8 ~ 5 449.9 cm ~ (-1) and 4 601.4 ~ 4 246.5 cm ~ (-1). Results: The results of the model prediction and the results of laboratory tests were basically the same after internal cross-validation. Conclusion: This model can rapidly predict the content of gatifloxacin capsules and can be effectively applied to on-line monitoring of manufacturing enterprises.
